National Poetry Month: Win 2 With Haiku, at Library Hotel

By T.S. Poetry 4 Comments

Do you dream of a stay at The Library Hotel in New York City?

(We do. And you can meet us there for a poetry workshop on April 22, in celebration of National Poetry Month!)

Well, now your dream could come true, and you could win two (nights) with your original haiku. Two nights in the Poetry Room would be enough, but there’s more: you could also win $100 towards dinner at Madison & Vine and two poetry collections.

Now, that’s a poetic dream come true. All possible with three small lines on either:

-books
-travel
-spring in NYC

Tweet your original haiku (as many as you like) to @LibraryHotel. Use the hashtags #PoetryMonth and #haiku to be eligible. And consider a visit to the Library Hotel to meet us in April!

If the winner is not announced until May 5th this must mean this affair is after the official trip with everyone coming up in April. Is that true? Would have been nice to have the give away when everyone was already there, then all you had to do was catch a plane and your room was ready. Then you could be their for the event.

Would have been nice, yes. But the hotel is very busy in April. The rooms will be offered in a more off-season time, as the hotel is the one awarding the winning rooms (not TSP).

We would have absolutely *loved* if our fans could have won a stay while we were there! 🙂

Thanks for getting back with me L.L. now I totally understand. My excitement to win and meet all of you bought on such wonderful thoughts. The date I thought, this can’t be right. Creative people are dreamer’s and look at the world with eyes of different colors. We have a bit of Peter Pan and Puff the Magic Dragon in us.
May you all have the most wonderful time of your lives. Marcy
