A poet, managing poetry editor and art editor at The Fertile Source, and teacher, Tania happened upon Tweetspeak while researching example blogs to show her blogging students. She signed up for the newsletter right away (a decision we think is just terrific) and has since enjoyed our prompts, writing challenges, and conversations across social media platforms. We’ve featured several of Tania’s poems—in Every Day Poems, and Casual: A Little Book of Jeans Poems and Photos—and we think it’s pretty cool that she studied at the University of Iowa Writers’ Workshop.
Besides writing poetry (of course), she also loves unlined notebooks and sometimes shadowing her husband when he dives for abalone.
