Photographer and business owner Michelle Ortega first found Tweetspeak Poetry through a trail that started with International Arts Movement. That trail came full circle in April of 2014, when we met Michelle in person in New York City, where part of the festivities included a night of music and poetry at the IAM space. We can attest that Michelle makes an awesome companion for a visit to Central Park and a fun conversationalist in the lounge of the Library Hotel. And, in turn, she maintains that Tweetspeak has been a great place for her to meet gifted, loving and supportive people on her writing journey.
Michelle’s favorite city is Paris, but she will try to tempt you (if you let her) into an escape to the Bimini Coast in the Bahamas. She has a love-hate relationship with Hemingway that we hope she writes about someday.
