		<description>Reading this again, I am again moved. We all find ourselves in this same place that Monica describes, our words not what our hearts mean and want to say. How to be present in the swirl of all around us, the swirl we make for ourselves, that leaves us in a place we&#039;re not wanting or meant to be. Listen to the heart to be where the heart&#039;s most needed.
